Sunday 31st March 2024 . Easter Sunday. I had a most enjoyable day in Lowick, Northumbria Andy Howey's Birds of Prey Photography Workshop.
We photographed eight different birds of Prey. Also a Kestrel and a Buzzard
This album was me photographing a Little Owl at the derilict Barmor Castle, near Lowick. Here are 9 images of The Little Owl.
Well worth contacting Andy Howey if you enjoy wildlife photograph. You don't need a long lens. Birds are about 2 metres from you at most.
For birds in pose. I used a Canon 70 – 200 f2.8 L IS II USM lens. Andy gives great photography advice if you need it to get right settings for camera and lens.
